There are several Contra Costa County court houses - the DMV hearing will be held in Oakland at the special Admin Per Se DMV offices. For your court house, you'll either be in Richmond, Walnut Creek, Concord or Martinez. While it is a large county, the criminal court is pretty conservative. I like Richmond DUI cases as it is right across the bridge for me. I'll handle any court house too!
