Getting to Know Attorney Joshua Dale

I have been helping San Francisco Bay Area people out of trouble with their criminal cases since the early '90s and I have nothing but happy clients from my representation. In picking your lawyer, keep these points in mind:
1. What you need to know is whether or not the attorney will actually work on your case to get an outcome for you that you will accept - not push onto you a deal without options.
2. You need to know the attorney you hire is the attorney who will actually show up in court for you, actually go to the DMV hearing with you, and to trial with you if you push your case to a jury.
3. 4. You need to know that your DUI lawyer candidates are in the California DUI Lawyers Association, California Public Defenders Association, California Attorneys for Criminal Justice, and possibly other local California DUI or criminal defense professional associations (CDLA above, recognizes attorneys in California advanced DUI expertise with a rigid Specialist Member rating based upon experience, oral, and written exams, as appropriate).
