NAPA COUNTY DUI LAWYER, NAPA DUI ARREST, DUI PENALTIES, DUI LAWS

The Napa County DUI court house is in the City of Napa proper - DMV hearings are held in the San Francisco office, but usually with a hearing officer in Santa Rosa or Petaluma. Because this county is known for wine tasting, they are very tough on DUI plea bargaining. You will likely go to jury trial if you are not planning on taking a first, or multiple, DUI conviction.

I know the ropes in the Napa County Courthouse to help you through the DUI arrest process. Remember:

    • An accusation of drunk driving or DUI, especially after bad driving or an accident, is a serious criminal charge with jail, fines, suspended license, weeks of DUI school, up to 5 years of DUI probation, and a criminal record.
    • My Fees for a DUI case are reasonable - I also handle the DMV hearing and the fee is included in my case fee. Call me for a free consultation (707) 520-4350.
    • The Napa County DA or district attorney prosecutes you in court.
    • The prosecutor is a lawyer and wants to convict you of the crime the cop has accused you.
    • You need me as your lawyer to find the best result for your case.

There is only one class for convicted DUI offenders in Napa County - Check out the Napa County DUI Class Information page - Warning - Don't sign up until you have gone to court! You might have your case dropped or win your case. Save money and don't sign up until you are told to do so.

Court costs include fines, fees, and assessments. Other charges encountered in DUI or drunk driving conviction include vehicle towing and storage; booking, fingerprinting and photo; driver’s license reinstatement; car insurance increase; community service fee; DUI victims’ fund; alcohol abuse education fund; DUI classes; DUI victim’s impact sessions; Court security fees; helicoper fees; and time payment charges.
