Vehicle Code §23220, 23221, & 23222 continue to make using marijuana by drivers or passengers in vehicle illegal. While some amendments to statutes occurred on 1/1, it didn't eliminate the prohibition of using marijuana products in vehicles. Be alert and don't be caught driving or riding in vehicles while using marijuana. Additionally, police officers are arresting people for DUI left and right for marijuana even when you're not "under the influence." Be careful out there.
